You can't be Superman!

If I would ask you which app do you use the most on your phone then there would be only two to three major platforms. If you want to know something then Google can be the first option. But from the last few years, If you want to know more on that topic then people tend to Youtube it.

Recently I got addicted to watching YouTube videos on various topics. There are lots of videos with content like,

  • Top 5 multi-bagger stocks who delivered 250x returns in the last year

  • How Power of compounding can give you 100 crore at the age of 60

  • Investment of 10,000 rupees in Infosys is Rs. 6 crores today

  • How to make six-pack abs by just a one-hour workout

  • Learn the art of Mediation

  • How to Become the Monk with BeerBiceps

  • How to get your dream job abroad

  • Learn AI/Machine Learning for a better future

  • Top DSA/Algo course to crack your interview at Google/Amazon

  • Sadhguru | How to manage your inner peace and relationship

  • Sandeep Maheshwari | Learn to take 12 hours of sleep in 4 hours

  • Amazon Prime | Mirzapur deleted scene

Every time I watch the new video I feel like, I need to know so much about this topic. As If I'm missing something very important in life. It creates a constant FOMO which means fear of missing out. This is a trap that even leads to imposter syndrome. People can doubt their abilities, skills and end up doing nothing all the time.

YouTube is making a revolution in the content creation world. There are thousands of channels that are providing outstanding content literally free of cost. But dealing with such a dilemma to know everything is really hard to counter. To be honest, I really don't know how to deal with it.

You can't be the superman to learn everything in the blink of an eye. Your mind has limited abilities and it's made to consume very limited data on a daily basis. So here comes the life hack, first you need to understand your limitations and flaws. So just don't fall into the false trap and be selective with your choices. cheers!
