How to hack the Procrastination like a Pro!

Today I read a tweet that says, If you decide to focus on your goals consistently for the six months, then You can change your life literally. Even before that, I had read a similar quote somewhere with the same context. Six months of consistent efforts on something can put you forward two years in life.
Hence, I have decided to focus on a few things for which I couldn't get time due to my hectic schedule. Over the years I have realized that you never get enough time for anything unless you put extra effort into managing it.
Nothing will change if nothing changes. There are lots of quotes that will ignite your mind. But If you depend on some external motivation then it won't work. A good quote can just make you feel good but that's not enough. It should turn into planned actions. Reading the different quotes the next day can influence you more. Looking for motivational quotes, videos, and documentaries will not help you at all.
Motivation is temporary and it vanishes every time. One day you feel motivated and run some extra miles and on the very next day, you won't do anything at all. Hence, you should follow some discipline because it's the most powerful method.
Motivation can be impacted by your mood swings but discipline is much more than that. Once you make a plan and follow it aggressively with proper discipline then nothing can stop you. The goal is to be disciplined and rest will follow. So, the framework to break procrastination can be tracking a good plan with proper discipline to achieve it. Tracking the plan on a daily basis will boost your confidence.

Progress is progress no matter the speed. We expect it to be exponential, but it will always have some downfalls and setbacks. Hence, consistent efforts with some ups and downs can make the best rider. so let's get started!
